Course description and pratical information
How the courses are run
The courses generally take place over 5 sessions of about 4 hours from Monday to Friday /
Saturday. Consecutive sessions are much more beneficial to rapid progress, however, we will
try to adapt to your constraints if necessary: call us !
Course registration and dates
In order to plan your paragliding course in Millau, we ask you to register as soon as possible
by downloading the REGISTRATION FORM.
To confirm your registration, we will ask you for a deposit of 200 € to be attached to your
registration form. We run courses from April to October except in August. It is important to
contact us to arrange dates.
License / Insurance 2023
It is compulsory to have a liability insurance to fly. It is obtained by taking out a licence with the FFVL.
It is to be added to the cost of the course. If you already have an RCA, we will ask you for the
documents justifying it.
Supervised practice in a school:
- Validity 9 days max: from 34€.
- Yearly validity: from 51 €.
Several optional insurances exist (individual accident, repatriation...), you will find all the information
on: the website of the French Federation of Free Flight
- The medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of paragliding is mandatory for the
license, (less than 3 months from the date of licensing) download it HERE. Your doctor is authorized to do it. All the details here: Medical documents related to the licence
- Minimum age: 14 years.
- Written parental consent is required for minors.
To summarize the total cost of a course = price of the sessions + cost of the licence
