Named “Capital of Outdoor Sports”, it offers numerous activities for all the family.
More widely, it is the great wealth of the territory between the Tarn and Jonte gorges and the Causses (Larzac, Causse Noir, Méjean, Sauveterre), which makes the destination so attractive, for lovers of wide open spaces and nature experiences.

For more than 20 years, Stéphane Canac, a qualified instructor, and his team have been accompanying you on the discovery of the Tarn, Jonte and Dourbie gorges, during canyoning, via ferrata, caving and water trekking outings !
Le 107 : Bungee jumping
Treat yourself to a good dose of adrenaline during a 107-metre bungee jump in the sumptuous setting of the Gorges du Tarn, one of the highest French sites, with a professional and friendly team.
Canoescapade : Freedom along the water
A team of sports and nature enthusiasts, who have fallen in love with the Grands Causses and Cévennes region. Come and discover their activities: Canoeing, Kayaking, Giant Paddle, Canyoning, Hiking, Bivouacs, Itineraries.

Acroparc du Mas : Accrobranche and nature activities
10 minutes from Millau, at the entrance to the Gorges du Tarn: 6 adventure courses in the forest for all, 220 m long water zip line, activities from 3 years old, water slide and inflatable structure, pedal go-karts… as many emotions as sensations ! Picnic area and snack bar.
The House of Vultures
At the Maison des Vautours, come and discover and observe these majestic birds and their fabulous history! Located in the heart of the Jonte Gorges in Lozère, discover a 500 m² museum retracing the history of their disappearance followed by their reintroduction. A video transmission room with mobile cameras installed in the cliffs and filming the different colonies of vultures live, an observation terrace equipped with telescopic views to contemplate the vultures, access to a unique panorama of the Jonte Gorges, a listed site.

The Golf Café
At the foot of the Pouncho d’Agast, 5 minutes from the town centre, come and enjoy pizzas, salads and grilled meats, while taking advantage of the riverside setting.
The restaurant offers traditional cuisine to be enjoyed in the dining room or on the terrace under a straw hut with a view of the river Tarn. Concerts on Thursday evenings from June and salsa evenings every Tuesday.
Bar-restaurant Le Pic Vert
Le Pic Vert: a sunny terrace, a friendly atmosphere, good homemade food, a bar full of local products, concerts, shows… a place of expression, exchange and conviviality, where you can drink, eat, dance, move around, vibrate together, in respect and discovery of each other.
Camping Larribal
In a serene and family atmosphere, take advantage of the open-air swimming pool, with a paddling pool for the little ones, open in front of the Pouncho d’Agast to bask in the sun. Just next door, at the snack bar with an outdoor terrace, cocktail in hand, spend your time quietly admiring the Causse Noir and the Larzac as well as the flight of the paragliders !
Camping Millau Plage
Welcome to the Millau Plage campsite. In the shade of its hundred-year-old trees, on the banks of the Tarn and only 3 km from the town centre, we welcome you with friends, as a couple or as a family, for a sporting or lazy stay, as you wish! You can also eat at the “Phileas Fog” restaurant, watch out for the pitt bull 😉 !
